PRODUCT GUARANTEE | LA MAISON LES NÉRÉIDES & N2

 

All authentic products from La Maison Les Néréides (excluding fragrances and candles) purchased from our online boutique are covered by a two-year warranty ("parts and labor") from the date of purchase. This warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing and technical defects.

Handcrafted with meticulous attention, the jewelries of La Maison Les Néréides undergo rigorous quality control before being shipped. 
The gold plating and enameling that complete our jewelry are delicate and may be affected by impacts or improper use that does not adhere to our  jewelry Care Instructions.

Therefore, La Maison Les Néréides cannot cover damaged resulting from improper handling, accidents, modifications, attempted repairs, negligence, regular wear and tear, or failure to follow our care recommendations.

To prolong the life of your jewelry and maintain its orginal shine, we strongly advise you to handle it with the utmost care.

Below are some examples of common wear and tear that are not covered by our warranty : 

  • Discoloration caused by exposure to chemicals, makeup, or water (e.g., bathing, swimming)
  • Deformed or damaged rings due to manual activities
  • Bent, stick, or worn prongs resulting from normal use or accidental damage
  • Lost or fallen stones caused by chipping or breakage dur to ordinary wear
  • Broken links, clasps, rings, or earring fastenings that were not reported unpon receipt.

For warranty request made more than 30 calendar days after receiving your order (beyond the return period), our repair service will assess the case. If the wrranty conditions are met, La Maison Les Néréides will proceed with : 

  • Repairing the jewerly, if possible
  • Or if not, exchanging the jewerly for an identical new one,
  • Or issuing a store credit equivalent to the value of the damaged item, if a repair or exchange is not feasible.

REPAIR CONDITIONS

For repairs, please allow 10 business days from the moment when the return has been confirmed. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your item. This timeframe does not include shipping delays and may be longer during peak sales periods.


AFTER WARRANTY

After the two-year warranty, if your item is still repairable, we will be able to establish a repair quote. To proceed, please send a photo of your item to our customer service. Your request will be forwarded to our repair service, and we will provide you a quote. No repairs will be carried out until the quote has been accepted and paid for.
